Spring/Summer 2014

Below is my preserving record for Summer 2014:  6.5 pints of peach jam, 14 pints of pickled okra, 9 pints of chunky basil pasta sauce, 4 half pints of candied jalapenos, 13 pints of bread-n-butter pickles, 4 pints of dill pickles,  19 pints rotel style tomatoes, 15 quarts tomatoes + 9 pints & 38 pints of salsa!  All of these items were preserved using a water bath canner.
